Summer Summary

The past 3 months... wow! One month leading up to the summer solstice, then 2 months of summer scramble, JuneGloom at PointDume, Moontribe 12 year anniversary desert gathering 115 degrees in the shade and seeing all those crazed friends, GreenDependence Day, the LA arrival of Derek Lotek, Cyberstock, followed by the disintegration of the proposed TechnoRanch out in Hemet CA, even before it fully got off the ground... sweltering in desert heat, 2 weeks of mechanical duties trying to resuscitate the damaged "Camel" (original tan-colored Eklektro RV)... frame welding and getting ready to put it back on the road... and now, the preparations for Burningman. So this blog spot has been empty while i've been working multiple fronts and testing the waters for the best directions: developing a presence on Tribe.net, now 2 months into it. Also, Breakbeat of the Week on Eklektro.net has been vacant of new video, but i began an audio blogger of real-time unedited drum tracks using the 'ole faithful HPD15s with the ever revolutionary Ableton Live software, now unleased with version 5! http://eklektro.net/ek_audioblog.html yeah, Eklektro in general took a back seat to new web developments... or at least the new propositions (pre-launch): earthaddressoptional.org, solar-sonic.com, perpetualapollo.com and right now cyberrvpark.com. And the best news is that despite the retreat from the Hemet TechnoRanch, the cyber RV park concept is about to catch new fire, urban style... in San Francisco.. exciting news forthcoming... another seasonal migration... so stay tuned!
